It occasionally happens that the connection with social media app breaks. You'll see the message: (for instance) Oops! LinkedIn is not responding. It can also be that your Wally isn't showing any data.
There are three things you can do:
1. Check if you have submitted all the right account data (for instance, when using a LinkedIn page; use the right name and when using #hashtags, make sure the searchword is typed correctly).
2. Reconnect the app (read instructions below)
3. Remove the connected app and reconnect (read instructions below)
